This research investigates the impact of discipline management on the academic achievement of students in private secondary schools in District Loralai. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques, the study explores how various discipline management strategies influence academic performance. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between effective discipline management and improved student outcomes, emphasizing the need for structured discipline strategies in educational settings. The research underscores the critical role of head teachers, teacher punctuality, incentives for excellence, and equitable punishment in fostering an environment conducive to academic success.
