This study investigates the impact of discipline management on the academic achievement of students in private secondary schools in District Loralai. It employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The study aims to determine how various discipline management strategies influence student performance and their overall academic environment. The findings indicate that effective discipline management practices correlate positively with improved academic outcomes, highlighting the need for schools to prioritize discipline management in their educational frameworks.
