In this study, teachers' contributions to inclusive education in secondary schools are explored, along with their attitudes, challenges, and strategies. An inclusive education system prioritizes diversity and equity, with the goal of providing equal educational opportunities to all students, regardless of their background. The University of Loralai conducted a quantitative study with 125 participants. According to research, teachers play a vital part in promoting inclusive environments and teaching methods while also encouraging positive attitudes.' Proposed policies emphasize the importance of ongoing professional development, resource allocating resources, and policy changes to enhance inclusive practices.
